Course proposal:
This course includes a set of movement activities designed especially
for children in Kindergarten 4 and 5, with a focus on psychomotor development as
an important part of healthy and integral growth. The proposals value
play as a natural way of learning, exploring movements that stimulate
coordination, balance, spatial awareness, laterality and rhythm, always respecting the
time and characteristics of each child.
The experiences will be conducted in a fun and creative way, using materials such as
balls, hula hoops, cones, ropes and other resources that encourage exploration and
discovery of one’s own body. Traditional games, adapted games and
psychomotor circuits will be part of the classes, helping to promote socialization, creativity,
autonomy and pleasure in movement.
The work values play as an essential tool for development
motor, cognitive, social and body expression, creating important foundations for
future learning at school and in sports.
