Course proposal:
The proposal aims to offer students a meaningful experience in English
through practical and collaborative activities that encourage spontaneous communication
and functional use of the language in real contexts.
As well as learning the language, the course promotes socio-emotional skills
such as empathy, responsibility, active listening and conflict resolution. In preparing
recipes, students learn to collaborate, share tasks, respect opinions
and face challenges together.
Cooking practices also develop motor skills, organization,
planning and creativity, while broadening the cultural repertoire and
understanding of eating habits and sustainability.
