Offered for Part-time period: 1st to 7th grade

Course Proposal:

This course aims to work with education in both meanings, refining the skills to notice, listen and make sounds. Music is an important area of knowledge and also a way of artistic expression that merges a lot of our skills. We will do a consistent work on musical education through voice as a way to mediate the students’ access to a large repertoire that comes from diverse cultural manifestations, with special focus on the richness of Brazilian music.

About the teacher:

Luciana Sarmento comes from a Family of amateur musicians in the most beautiful way this word brings with it. She has in her trajectory a vast training in music as Music graduate and licensed, specialized in art languages and Master of Musical Education. She graduated from USP and Unesp, she has been working as choir conductor at Móbile for 10 years.
